No ingredients & calories will be mentioned, just simple low-calorie diet)
For example:
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs + dates
Lunch: chicken salad + fruit
Dinner: 60g roti + homemade salan + curd
If you can’t cook seperate meals for yourself, this is the best package for you

Macro counted diet plans in which recipes and ingredients will be mentioned in grams and each recipe will have its proteins, carbs and fats calculated which will be mentioned under each recipe.
During this journey you will have many ups and downs in diet plans (which will be changed after every 2 weeks) like sometimes Regular diet with 2-4 meals a day and sometimes intermittent fasting, but remember that each individual’s diet plan will be customised according to his/her body needs.
